Board of Barber

Examiners

Proposed Rules

The board has proposed several rule amendments.  This proposal appears in the May 15, 2020 edition of the North Carolina Register.

Summary of rule

The proposed amendments eliminate the requirement for notarization on certain forms, instead requiring attestations. This change would make it easier for applicants to file documents with the board.
